Our first priority is providing an environment
where each athlete will thrive and develop
the love of sports. We focus on providing
the proper care and supervision to aggressively
target the development of each athlete
using a multidisciplinary approach for
performance enhancement. Injury and pre-injury
conditions, resulting from excessive
stress in a variety of forms, have and
continue to create the greatest single
obstacles that impede the athlete's growth
and ability to master sport-specific
skills. These obstacles not only play
a direct role in minor and acute athletic
injuries they also impact recovery. Most
significantly, they also play a key factor
in impeding speed, explosive power, endurance,
flexibility and overall performance.
Proper developmental strategies are
essential to obtain the greatest performance
results. Therefore, there is a delicate
balance between in season and out of
season training, distinct male and female
needs, supplemental training as well
as injury prevention issues. Each of
these factors must be addressed to provide
the individual athlete with maximum potential.
